On November 11, the celebrations continue with a Rolling Rally organized by Guy Moley’s car show team. The rally will commence at the Senior Center at 10 a.m., where classic cars will roll out and pass the Veterans Memorial, ultimately concluding at Town Hall.

The highlight of the day occurs at 11 a.m. during the annual ceremony at Veterans Park, located at 1 Central St.. Community leaders, veterans, and local organizations will gather to pay tribute, featuring remarks from officials, a wreath-laying ceremony, and a poignant moment of silence for those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

The Daughters of the American Revolution Parson Roby Chapter is also making preparations by decorating the Town Hall lawn, transforming it into a Field of Flags to honor veterans, adding a visual symbol of respect and remembrance.

These events not only celebrate the bravery of those who served but also foster community engagement and appreciation, making it crucial for residents to participate and show their support.
