Students Recognized on Dean’s List Across Multiple Universities

Students from various universities have been honored for their academic achievements by being named to the fall dean’s list, reflecting their outstanding performance during the semester. Recognized for maintaining impressive grade point averages, these students represent a diverse array of disciplines and locations.

Bob Jones University Highlights Achievement

At Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina, freshman Abigail Shaver, who is majoring in early childhood education, earned a place on the dean’s list by achieving an average between 3.0 and 3.74. This recognition underscores her commitment to academic excellence in her chosen field.

Elmira College Celebrates Academic Success

In New York, Elmira College has announced the names of several students who made the fall dean’s list, each achieving an average of 3.6 or higher. Among those recognized are Krea Bonita from West Pittston, Kaylee Erfman from Pittston, and Abigail Kryeski from Exeter. Their accomplishments reflect both their dedication and the supportive academic environment at the college.

At PennWest University, nearly 3,000 undergraduate students across the institution’s three campuses and online program have been recognized for their academic performance. To qualify for the dean’s list, students needed to maintain an average of 3.4 or higher.

Notable names include Veronica Warunek from Forty Fort, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in biology; Justin McCune from Mountain Top studying criminal justice; Carly Glaser from Wapwallopen, also in criminal justice; and Ryan Covelens from White Haven, who is working toward a Bachelor of Science in fisheries and wildlife biology.

The Clarion Campus recognized Madison Kennicott, who is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in interdisciplinary studies along with a certificate in professional writing. Meanwhile, at the Edinboro Campus, Gianna Slodysko from Pittston is studying education with a focus on early childhood and deaf education, and Hunter Webby from Wapwallopen is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in communication.

Online students have also made significant strides. Daniela Baez Reyes from Hanover Township, Shyla Monserrate from Nanticoke, and Kristen Martin from Pittston, all pursuing a Bachelor of Science in social work, have been acknowledged for their academic efforts as well.
