URGENT UPDATE: Police have identified a suspect in a stabbing incident that took place in Waterbury earlier this month. Authorities are actively seeking the public’s assistance in locating Harlem Arquel Espinosa-Ramos, a 20-year-old resident of Waterbury, who is wanted on serious charges including criminal attempt at murder and first-degree assault.
The incident occurred on October 18, 2023, at approximately 9:45 a.m. when police responded to a report of a stabbing at 246 Walnut Street. Upon arrival, officers found a 31-year-old man suffering from multiple stab wounds. The victim was promptly transported to a local hospital, where he is currently in stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries, according to the Waterbury Police Department.
