Main St. Provisions Unveils Festive Menus for 5th Anniversary

As Main St. Provisions approaches its five-year anniversary this December, the acclaimed restaurant in the Las Vegas Arts District is set to celebrate with a series of exclusive holiday menus. The offerings will coincide with the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (NFR), Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve, showcasing the culinary talents of Executive Chef Ellie Parker, who is currently competing on FOX’s Hell’s Kitchen.

Owner Kim Owens expressed gratitude for the community’s support over the past five years, stating, “We are so grateful for the love and support this community has shown us. As we celebrate this milestone, we’re excited to bring guests a holiday lineup that reflects the heart of our restaurant — thoughtfully crafted dishes, warm hospitality, and the incredible talent of Chef Ellie Parker and our entire team.”

Exclusive Holiday Menus Highlight Culinary Excellence

For the upcoming NFR, diners can indulge in an 18 oz Creekstone Ribeye served with confit marble potatoes and a Pendleton Whisky black peppercorn sauce. This dish exemplifies the restaurant’s commitment to refined comfort cuisine.

On Christmas Eve, guests will be treated to a starter of French Onion Soup topped with puff pastry, followed by 14 oz Prime Rib accompanied by au jus and horseradish crème fraîche, complemented by a side of Creamed Spinach topped with a poached egg. This festive meal aims to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for all who attend.

To welcome the New Year, Main St. Provisions will offer a luxurious menu starting with a Warm Shellfish Platter, which features an herb butter–crusted lobster tail, poached shrimp, crab meat au gratin, and French bread crostini. The evening’s main attraction will be an Applewood Smoked Bacon–Wrapped 10 oz Filet Mignon served with truffle whipped potatoes, alongside a decadent Lobster Mac & Cheese as the signature side.
