UPDATE: Boston police officers made a significant drug-related arrest on July 25, 2023, apprehending a 31-year-old man after witnessing multiple drug deals in the Roxbury area.
Authorities confirmed that officers patrolling the vicinity of Roxbury Street and Washington Street around 6:30 PM observed William Allen engaging with three individuals before entering a store. Following this interaction, officers intercepted two of the alleged accomplices, recovering bags of crack cocaine from each.
The immediate action taken by police led to the discovery of 36 bags of crack cocaine in Allen’s possession, resulting in his arrest. He now faces serious charges, including two counts of distribution of class B drugs and possession of class B drugs with intent to distribute.
