BREAKING: Israel has confirmed that the “small remains” handed over by Hamas late last night do not belong to either of the remaining hostages in Gaza. The hostage advocacy group Coming Home Soon honored Ran, describing him as “distinguished by his sincere concern for others” and detailing his love for motorcycles, gatherings with friends, and playing the guitar.
In a poignant statement, Ran’s family expressed their deep sorrow, reflecting on his passion for life and service. His commitment to others made him a true hero, embodying a spirit of selflessness.
Meanwhile, Sudthisak Rinthalak, a Thai agricultural worker residing in Be’ri, was also murdered during the attacks on that fateful day. His mother, On, emotionally recounted the last conversation they had just ten days before the violence erupted. “We asked him to come home to Thailand for a visit… I want my son home as soon as possible. I wait for him every day,” she told Ynet.
The Prime Minister’s Office confirmed that both families have been informed of this tragic update. Officials reiterated their commitment, stating, “The efforts to bring them home will not stop until the mission is complete — returning them for a proper burial in their country.”
