The device includes a Call Translator that facilitates instant two-way translations for phone calls in over 50 languages, eliminating the need for third-party applications. Additional features enhance its usability, such as group translation for up to 100 participants and touchless operation for hands-free interactions. The Q1 also offers text-to-speech capabilities in 82 languages, allowing users to hear translations spoken aloud.
One of the most impressive functionalities is the photo translation tool. Equipped with a 13-megapixel Sony IMX 258 camera, the Q1 can instantly convert text from images into any of the supported languages. This feature provides users with practical solutions for navigating foreign environments effortlessly.
Vasco Electronics has designed the Q1 as a self-contained device, offering lifetime internet access in nearly 200 countries without subscription fees. It features dual noise-canceling microphones, a high-resolution touchscreen, and a robust build suitable for frequent travelers.
