As the local dining scene flourishes, this move is crucial for Red Rock Resort, which aims to enhance its food offerings and attract both locals and visitors. Scott Nelson, vice president and general manager of Red Rock, expressed excitement about the new addition, stating,
“We’re proud to introduce their concept to Red Rock as we continue enhancing the food court with beloved neighborhood favorites.”
The shift to Red Rock aligns with a broader trend where off-Strip properties are focusing on local favorites to keep diners returning. The revamped food court is set to feature not just With Love, Always, but also other popular eateries, including Good Pie and Randy’s Donuts, both scheduled to join the lineup in early 2026.
Founded by Drew Belcher, Kevin Whelan, and Damian Ocampo, With Love, Always has been described as “a love letter to Las Vegas.” The brand’s menu will offer its signature double smash burgers, crafted with thin, griddled Angus patties, and topped with American cheese, onions, and the restaurant’s special Love sauce, all served on soft potato rolls.
