Nine Pagans Gang Members Arrested for Wawa Shooting, Six Hurt

BREAKING: Nine members of the Pagans motorcycle gang have been arrested and charged for a shooting that took place outside a Wawa in West Norriton Township, Pennsylvania, on October 17. The situation escalated quickly, leading to a physical altercation as Pagans attempted to remove their rivals’ “cuts,” or gang colors.

Within a minute of their arrival, gunfire erupted, according to the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office. Among the injured were a man shot in the face while filling his tires and a woman struck in the torso near the store’s entrance. Additionally, one member of the Unknown Bikers sustained gunshot wounds to the forearm and thigh.

The Pagans suffered injuries as well, with three members—Joel Hernandez-Martinez, George Cwienk III, and Justin Noll—sustaining gunshot wounds in various body parts.

All nine suspects face serious charges, including 12 felony counts of Aggravated Assault, two felony counts of Riot, 14 counts of Simple Assault, and 46 counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person. They were arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Andrea Duffy, who set bail at $500,000 cash for most suspects, while Noll’s bail was set at $50,000 unsecured due to ongoing medical treatment.
