Family and Friends Celebrate Life of Lori Ann Giefer, 66

Lori Ann Giefer, aged 66, passed away peacefully on November 28, 2025, in Eagan, Minnesota. Born on March 18, 1959, in St. Paul, Lori was the daughter of William “Bill” and Bernise Giefer. She graduated from Harding High School in 1977 and dedicated her life to her family and community.

Devoted Mother and Grandmother

Lori’s greatest joy stemmed from her role as a mother and grandmother. She is survived by her parents, William “Bill” and Bernise Giefer, and her children, Charles “Andy” Reidell and Laura Larson. Her grandchildren, Colette, Lily, Maverick, and Camden, were the light of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with them.

Known for her creative spirit and generous heart, Lori had a passion for crafting, cooking, and gardening. She often hosted gatherings with family and friends, where laughter and love flourished. A devoted fan of the Minnesota Vikings, Lori’s enthusiastic support for her team was well known among her loved ones.

A Celebration of Life

A Celebration of Life for Lori Ann Giefer will take place on December 13, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at SUMMIT Funeral & Cremation located at 6415 Carmen Ave. E, Inver Grove Heights, MN 55076. Attendees are invited to share words of remembrance starting at 12:30 p.m.

Lori’s legacy of love will be a lasting blessing to all who had the privilege of knowing her. She leaves behind a close-knit family, including her brothers, Greg and Mike Giefer, and several nieces who will carry her memory forward. Friends and family are encouraged to come together to honor Lori’s vibrant life and the joy she brought to those around her.
