Cook acknowledged the adjustment required for the cast, stating, “It was an adjustment — obviously — just in terms of where does that leave everything and how do we work through this triangle now.” He added that exploring the dynamics of the relationships has been enjoyable, despite the shift in audience support.
“Nobody is rooting for Evan ever. But it was cool and it’s funny,” Cook quipped, emphasizing the added drama that enhances their performances.
