Conway Public Schools Board to Interview Superintendent Candidates

The Conway Public Schools Board of Education is scheduled to conduct four special meetings this month to interview candidates for the district’s superintendent position. These meetings will take place in the District Administration Building Board Room, with sessions set for 18:00 on December 11, 13, and 14, and an additional meeting at 17:00 on December 17.

The board’s focus is on selecting a qualified individual to lead the school district, which serves a diverse community of students and families. Each meeting will be open to the public, but only audio recordings will be made during the open session, ensuring transparency in the process.

The search for a new superintendent comes at a critical time for the district, as it seeks to enhance educational outcomes and address the challenges faced in recent years. The board has emphasized the importance of community involvement in this process, inviting stakeholders to attend the meetings and provide input.

This initiative reflects the board’s commitment to a thorough and transparent selection process. The Conway community is encouraged to stay engaged as the board evaluates candidates who could shape the future of education within the district.
