Achieve Credit Union Launches 2026 Young Adult Scholarship Program

Achieve Credit Union has announced the opening of applications for its 2026 Young Adult Scholarship Program. High school seniors and current college students are invited to apply for the chance to receive one of four non-renewable scholarships, each valued at $1,000. The application process is detailed on the Achieve Credit Union website at AchieveCU.org/scholarships, with a submission deadline of February 21, 2026.

Scholarship Details and Eligibility Criteria

This scholarship program includes the prestigious Warren Wallace Education Major Scholarship. Achieve Credit Union will award up to two scholarships to graduating high school seniors and up to two to students currently enrolled as full-time students at any accredited post-secondary educational institution. Eligible institutions encompass universities, colleges, technical schools, and vocational training programs.

To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must be members of Achieve Credit Union and aged between 17 and 25. They must also be registered to attend a post-secondary educational institution full-time—defined as taking a minimum of 12 credit hours—in the fall of 2026.

Evaluation Process and Selection Criteria

The Scholarship Committee of Achieve Credit Union’s Board of Directors will evaluate all applications to determine the scholarship recipients. Selection will be based on a range of criteria, which include academic performance, career aspirations, school involvement, honors or awards received, community engagement, and relevant work or volunteer experience. Additionally, applicants are required to submit a letter of recommendation.

This initiative reflects Achieve Credit Union’s commitment to supporting the educational pursuits of young adults, fostering future leaders within the community. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply early and ensure they meet all eligibility requirements for consideration.
